About Jenny

Hello! My name is Jenny Tianchan Liu (刘 天 婵). I am an LPGA certified teaching golf professional currently instructing at beautiful Torrey Pines Golf Course in San Diego, California. Ever since I graduated from Professional Golfers Career College in 1998, I have taught and trained many golfers of various age and skill level to play the game to the best of their physical and mental ability.

Several of my students have gone on to earn golfing scholarship at prestigious colleges like Yale, Northwestern, West Point, Dominica University, etc.

Having tutored several elite junior golfers (such as Yani Tseng and Teresa Lu) who are now successful LPGA tour players gives me unique experience and insight into what it takes to become tour players. I am also a Taylor Made certified custom club fitter and can fit you with the best equipment for your game!

The love for golf is best shared with others, and I often learn as much from my students as they do from me. Being a fluent speaker of English, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese also helps me relate to players of various nationalities and backgrounds.
